Terry Guilford has been a licensed Broker/Realtor® for nearly two decades. Prior to starting his career in Real Estate full time, Terry served in the United States Navy for over 20 years. Once he retired from the Navy, Terry continued his desire to serve by working for the Small Business Administration assisting survivors of national disasters throughout the United States. After a few years of that, it was obvious to Terry that his real desire was to be home with family as well as fulfilling his entrepreneurial spirit, so he decided to start working as a full time Broker.
As the trusted advisor for his clients, Terry understands that buying or selling property is a complex and deeply personal process. Understanding that there is a lot at stake for his clients drives him to truly be an expert at his craft, doing his best to make sure he’s prepared for the many variables that may arise during a real estate transaction. He also is a member of various civic organizations, mainly focusing on providing services to veterans as well as helping foster children and at-risk youth.
